Bale is probably one of the best players Wales has ever produced. Regardless, he is definitely the best Welsh player of his generation. His release value is only eclipsed by his Real Madrid team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo (above). The club values him because of his ability to change the course of a game in a few minutes. As the second player at a billion Euros, it is unlikely that any club would consider the release.
